Rampriyadarshini is currently working as a Project Associate under the CSRI-DST funded project on “Causality Testing in Cognitive Neuroscience with Applications to measures of Cognitive Neuroscience” at Consciousness Studies Program, National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS). Her Research interests revolve around understanding the various mechanisms underlying Human cognition and finding ways to improve the behavioral and neural measures of those mechanisms.

  2. B.Sc. Physics (University of Madras)

Her research interests cover cognitive science, neuroscience and philosophy of mind. For her master’s thesis she investigated the Effects of bilingualism on metacognition. Her current role involves investigating how brain complexity measures relate to different states of consciousness.She is also generally interested in how as a society we build science and technology to address the pressing questions of our time and how in return theories and technology of our times shapes human behavior.
